Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure enough time to prepare for a moving appointment, all bookings must be made with a minimum of 24 hours of notice. A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please call the company phone number as soon as able. Any Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged a 10% fee
